Return Policy
Within 10 days of receiving your product, your items may be returned, in new condition with the original tags intact, to the Irish Connoisseur with a receipt/invoice for an exchange or refund. Worn, soiled or damaged items may not be returned. Items returned for a refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Clearance sale purchases are final.
Dated ornaments and retired items may not be returned or exchanged.
